Lost and Found by BorolinWhen Snape is tortured and maimed a team inc. Hermione, Neville and a Muggle surgeon battle to save his life and sanity. Angst, friendship, humour, HGSS by whitehound and Dyce. Emotional, intelligent, thought provoking, tangible, compelling say reviewers (WIP)

Accio Stone by [info]krisomniacThis is what might happen if Lily and James Potter had survived Voldemort’s final attack, if Harry grew up in a close-knit family far away from the wizarding world, if it was Harry’s eleventh birthday and there was a whisper of trouble in the air…

Prankster Guide Chapter Twelve: Camouflage and Concealment by [info]krisomniacHow the Marauders were born, aka How Remus found out just how much his friends loved him

Five Things That Rosie Weasley Misses During Her First Year at Hogwarts by mistressscarlet – A very lovely and extremely well-written story about Rose Weasley and the next generation of Potters, Weasleys, and Malfoy. The level of detail is stunning, and it’s such a satisfying look at their lives post-canon without being too cloying.

The Secret Language of Cats by [info]thistlefics Remus and his great-grandma bond over baking, bicycles, and being branded.

Hermione/Snape

Accountable by[info]elidyceThe war is over. Hermione Granger’s life, while safer, is no less complicated. Victory has had unintended consequences which affect not only Hermione, but all those around her.

Survivors by [info]elidyceThere is nothing this woman will write that I won’t read and thoroughly enjoy. A separate story of the Granger/Snape pairing from the one above but just as rich in character development and subsequent romance.

Spellcaster by SGCbearcubHermione Granger was a witch. By the time she was done, the whole damned pureblood world was going to know it.  In the fine tradition of Bujold or Guy Gavriel Kay, this is a story rife with intriguing connections and insights that might take a couple of reads or so to fully comprehend. I’m a sucker for complex stories where I am expected to make intuitive leaps alongside the characters so this is definitely one of my all times faves. The really hot sex doesn’t hurt either. 🙂 Spoiler HBP

Neville/Draco

Theft of Assets, Destruction of Property by [info]helenishNeville is blackmailed into marrying Draco, who turns into some sort of domestic goddess. Lovely story of Neville the hero, Draco the perfect wife, and Lucius that fucking jockstrap.

Remus/Sirius

Stealing Harry by [info]copperbadgeStealing Harry grabs canon by the throat and disembowls it. If Lucius Malfoy got to Peter Pettigrew before Sirius could, Sirius would be a bookshop owner, Remus would have a steady job, and one day, when Harry Potter was eight-and-a-half years old, they might kidnap him from the Dursleys.

Laocoon’s Children by[info]copperbadge – Sequel to Stealing Harry. Ten years ago, Lucius Malfoy got to Peter Pettigrew before Sirius could, and the universe changed. Sirius spent years watching from a distance, until one day, when Harry was eight, he took Harry from the Dursleys. After two years in hiding, Harry returned to the Wizarding world to attend Hogwarts, only to find himself once more at risk — once more facing Peter Pettigrew, who would like nothing better than to see Harry dead in the service of resurrecting Voldemort.

Laocoon’s Children, Year 2 by [info]copperbadge Sequel to Stealing Harry and Laocoon’s Children. Harry and his friends return to Hogwarts for their second year, in a world where Sirius Black is free, Lucius Malfoy is a fugitive, and Peter Pettigrew is a force to be reckoned with…

Laocoon’s Children, Year 3 by [info]copperbadge WIP. Laocoon’s Children is an alternate-universe fic based on the events of an earlier fic, Stealing Harry. In year three, Harry must face many new problems: protecting Draco from his father, dealing with their new Dark Arts professor, and standing firm against the aura of fear that is pervading the wizarding world.
