Today was a rip-roaring day filled with home-i-ness in the form of Epicurious.com’s Corn & Crab Chowder (to which I added celery and onion, almost reaching the holy trifecta of good Cajun cooking) and Allrecipe.com’s Maple Salmon (to which I added Korean pepper flakes).
